Kwa-Thema – Ace Auto Ayoba Academy is currently handing out gold medals to its u-13 players who won the 2019 league.
Players started collecting their medals on Monday in individual time slots to avoid a mass gathering.
Coach Innocent Mayoyo says: “No one knows a way forward, therefore we thought it would be best if we handed them out, instead of keeping them with us.
“The reason we asked players to individually come collect their medals is because we want to ensure that all our players and colleagues are safe, and to ensure we all follow proper hygiene procedure and practice social distancing at all times.”
