XI Experience enjoys a 5-0 win

The stadium was packed with action and lots of emotions as the home team defeated visitors Bedfordview Country Club FC (BCC) by 5-0 points.

KwaThema – Despite cloudy weather conditions, local supporters came out in numbers to cheer the home team, XI Experience.

The stadium was packed with action and lots of emotions as XI Experience defeated visitors Bedfordview Country Club FC (BCC) by 5-0 points.

The game was played at KwaThema Stadium on Saturday.

XI Experience FC coach Madoda Mgezana says: “I am happy with how the team has performed; they have shown improvement from our previous game which resulted in a draw.

“I hope we can keep the momentum going with our upcoming match, which will be an away game.”

BCC FC were not so pleased with how the officiating of the match unfolded.

Newly appointed coach Junior Mwape says the second goal was offside.

“XI Experience outplayed us, they are a very strong and talented team, well organised. It was a great experience playing against them; however, the second goal was offside but because there were two referees instead of three, that was not spotted.

“The game started with only two officiating officials instead of three, the other referees showed up late and it imposed a disadvantage for us.

“But we are working to improve ourselves and how we play.

“I have recently been appointed and the team and I are still on the build-up stages and most of our players are still new and under 21,” says Mwape.
