Kicking of the boot camp finale

Carnation Living in partnership with Gym Tym hosted its final boot camp for the season at Ndaba Tree on Saturday morning.

KwaThema – In the bid to get in the best shape of their lives, people braved the cold weather to be part of the boot camp finale.

“We are going to take a bit of a break after this, and then we will have a pop-up boot camp.

“Our next season will start in August,” explains Hlulani Baloyi, one of the founders.

Kgotso Maba and Refiloe Msiza of Gym Tym pushed the participants hard at the Carnation Living boot camp finale on Saturday.

The round of boot camps started in March.
