Ace Auto Ayoba ready to challenge the league

KwaThema – Ace Auto Ayoba played their second season game against Black Pirates Football Club at the Springs Old Boys Club over the weekend.

The soccer lovers who attended the game were treated to a good game with Ace Auto Ayoba mopping the floor with their opponents, scoring a 4-0 victory.

The teams were playing in the SAB Regional League in the senior games.

Team coach Innocent Mayoyo says he is happy with the formation of the team.

“We have newly signed players who are adapting well to the tradition of the team.

“This is our second game in the league and we have played to a 2-2 draw last week and we have now won.

“This shows that we are ready to compete in the season and hoping to end it high on the league chart,” he says.

Meanwhile, the u-15 team played to a 2-2 draw against Zonke Zizwe Arsenal Football Club.

Mayoyo says he appreciates the support of the parents and community.

“We are able to instill discipline in the boys because of the confidence and trust the community has in us.

“We are calling to business people to come forward to sponsor the team especially with transportation to different games,” he says.
