Mnaka Mining Cup results
KwaThema – As the Mnaka Mining Cup came to an end last Saturday, teams of different age groups gathered at the KwaThema Stadium, to challenge for the titles to be won.
The fighting spirit and hunger of the young men on the field, ensured no one wanted to lose.
In the u/11 round, Ayoba-Yo Youth Soccer Academy took on Focus Academy.
The Ayoba youngsters were able to win 1-0 in the opening game.

Next was the u/13 match, played by the same teams again – which saw Ayoba-Yo Youth Soccer Academy again winning 1-0 against Focus Academy.
In the third match of the day, Home Defenders and Valencia went head to head in the u/15 game.
It was Valencia who walked away triumphant, after thrashing their opponents 3-0.

In the u/17 contest, Valencia took on Over Comers and managed to win 2-1.
The last final of the tournament, was won by Young Masters u/19 – who taught Buccer Junior a lesson in their 5-3 victory.
