Home defenders draws with Young MastersSLFA game ends in draw

The Springs Local Football Association (SLFA) game between U/13 Home defenders and Young Masters ended in a 1-1 draw.

Home defenders had no choice but to play with Young Masters following the late arrival of the Early Birds to the venue for the game.

The cold weather on the day worked in favour of both teams.

They played with no team wanting a defeat.

Sibusiso Mathana of Home defenders put a smile on the faces of his team’s supporters when he scored a goal for the team.

It was a few minutes after Sibusiso’s goal when Ewen Sambo put a goal behind the net.

Both team’s supporters were excited about the outcome of the game.

The referee ended the game with each team registering one goal to its name.
