Girls’ High’s 93.9 Cycle Challenge

This popular annual race is fun for the whole family

Springs Girls’  High school, in partnership with Impala Cycle Club, is hosting the exciting Auto Alpina Springs 93.9 Cycle Challenge on August 23.

It is an MTB ride starting from the Nigel Bottling Industry (Coca Cola) between Nigel and Dunnottar.

There is something for everyone with a 40km route for the more serious cyclists – or those who would like to challenge themselves.

For those starting off, or who want to take a more leisurely ride, there is a 13km route and a 4km route to get into the swing of things.

All the rides are fully marshaled, paramedics will be on duty, all finishers will receive medals and there will be ample water points to relax and rest weary legs.

The event also offers a variety entertainment for all supporters with picnic sites and food and beverage stalls to satisfy any taste.

Spit prizes and lucky draws will add to the excitement, together with the raffling of some top range bicycles.

Prize money will be awarded.

Entries will be available on-line at www.cyclelab.co.za at Bike Scene the day before the event or at the venue on the morning of the event.

Bring your family and friends to come and join the fun on the day.

Helmets are compulsory!
