Lerato Mahlaba: “My tradition was spending Christmas with my grandmother and my father, but this year I want to start a new tradition by spending Christmas with my best friend. I think that while family is important, as I am getting my independence, it is vital that I start living my own life – and that includes starting traditions.”
Thabo Masemola: “My family takes turns hosting the Christmas lunch, and all the different branches of the family bring different dishes. We enjoy sharing love and warmth at Christmas time.”
