Kwatsaduza – Duduza XI emerged as the Ingqayizele Top Eight winners as they beat 17 Masters 2-0 in the finals at Malandela Ground in Tsakani on Sunday.
The teams have been having a great run in the tournament as they eliminated other teams to secure the final spot.
The winning coach, Paseka Mofokeng, said the win goes to the players who have been showing dedication and determination since the tournament started.
“Though we won a number of games leading to the finals, none of them was a walk in the park. We had a tough run,” Mofokeng said.
He said he’s grateful to the players and his co-coach Fire Dlangamandla.
The scores on the day were:
- Ingqayizele SM XI 2-1 SAFCA Brakpan
- Black Stars 2-0 Geluksdal Masters
- Wizard 3-3 PCF Masters
On March 10, the Build It Tsakane Masters Social League 2024 will begin at the Esgodi Ground in Zamane, Duduza.
The games will start at 09:00 with a match between 17 Masters and Black Stars.
