It will be a do-or-die (Wafa Wafa) day at Tlakula Ground on Sunday.

Kwatsaduza – The Tsamaya Social Football League continued on Sunday at the Ntokozweni and Ext 5 Tsakani grounds.

The results:

  • Ntokozweni Ground

  • Tsakane Masters 4-0 FC Masters.

On March 10, the Tsamaya Top Eight finals, which was paused for two weeks, will take place at Tlakula Ground.
The day will start with two curtain raisers.

President Legends will face Chairman’s Legends at 11:00, and Barcelona and Bazingeli will meet in a league catch-up game at noon.

The final between Amajuba and RDP Masters will take place at 13:00. Tsamaya general treasurer Dumisani Dlamini urged all the other teams not to organise their own friendly games but to support the teams that will play.

Dlamini said, “As we’ll be playing at Tlakula Ground, which is our traditional home ground, which we also call ‘FNB Stadium’, we will be joined by the Ekurhuleni Legends, some of whom are former professional players.

“We call on the community to spend the day with us, and those coming from various churches are welcome.”

He said they also have chairs for the elders and a tent for shelter from the sun.

“They can bring their cooler boxes and braai stands, and there will be no cover charge,” he said.

Dlamini said the Wafa Wafa (Top Eight) winners will walk away with a sheep, trophy, and medals, while the runners-up will receive medals, too.
