Springs hospitals welcome first babies of 2024
Moms at Life Parkland Hospital and Far East Rand Hospital (FERH) welcomed little bundles of joy into the world on New Year's Day.
While most were gearing up to welcome a new year, some moms started 2024 with their little bundles of joy.
Netcare N17 Hospital and Far East Rand Hospital (FERH) shared some of their 2024 New Year’s Day babies.
One of the first babies to arrive just minutes into the New Year was a boy born at 00:14 at FERH.
Soon after, at various times of the day, came three boys and seven girls.
Meanwhile, baby Minecia Chantelle McCullough, born at 02:28 and weighing 3.035 kg, and Owami Kwanyan, born at 9:42 and weighing 3.060kg, were born at Netcare N17 Hospital.
Congratulations to the new mothers for welcoming their bundles of joy on New Year’s Day.
