“I am working on pushing the league to take place during the school holidays, which is something I am still discussing with the leadership,” said Tebogo Mdluli, who heads the competition and registration in the LFA.

Mdluli said as the league started late, having two to three games played during the school holidays on weekdays can help fast-track things and will not overlap with next year or the final examination period.

The league games will continue on Saturday at the sports complex.
