Best Shihans will provide training at Kwa-Thema Hall

There will be a Legends Gashuku at Kwa-Thema Hall on May 6.

Kwa-Thema – Shihan Edward Mtshali will be hosting the Legends Gashuku at the Kwa-Thema Hall on May 6.

The shihans who will be providing training on the day include Cass Sehloho, the former South African karate president from Atteridgeville in Pretoria.

Sehloho has been doing karate for 55 years.

Mtshali said, “I would like to encourage karatekas to attend so they may experience quality training in the martial arts.”

According to Mtshali, this is a great opportunity for karatekas, as they will learn more skills from those with more experience.

Both Mtshali and Sehloho have been to Japan a couple of times, being trained by some of the best shihans.

The programme on the day will start at 09:00.
