Local artist grateful to those who helped in his career

After seeing those he grew up with succeed in the entertainment industry, Kofifi saw it fit to follow suit.

Langaville – Njabulo Nkabinde, also known as Real Kofifi, is grateful to those who helped put his name on the local map.

Real Kofifi (20) is an amapiano artist who started his musical journey in 2017 after seeing those he grew up with making it in the entertainment industry.

He is a radio presenter and musician who released a single, Ekseni, in November. It was first played on the local community radio EKFM by radio DJ and presenter Kholisile Majola.

“I am grateful to Majola for giving me the platform and playing my single on air.

“I am also grateful to Conjuring Music, which helped get my single played on Channel O,” said Real Kofifi, who is working on a second soon-to-be-released track, Vuk’uyophanda, dedicated to Majola.

Real Kofifi said that after being seen on TV, he now gets booked for events.

“I will, in the future, release my first album. I just don’t have the time frame,” concluded Real Kofifi.
