Kwa-Thema – Laban Motlhabi Comprehensive School was awarded two trophies for their outstanding performance in the National Heritage Competition last year.
They were also semi-finalists in the 2022 National Moot Court Competition.
The awards were held last Wednesday at Springs Secondary School.
The school also participated in the District Athletics games held at Germiston Stadium on Saturday.
Twelve learners out of the 14 who participated in the games received medals and will progress to the provincial rounds at Ruimsig Stadium on March 3 and 4.
