The end of the year is always a time for reflection. Reflect on the year gone by, our highs and lows and naturally, we remember our loved ones lost.
Hospice East Rand will be hosting their annual Candles of Remembrance Ceremony virtually again this year for you to pay tribute to your lost loved ones in the safety and comfort of your home.
The ceremony will be held on December 4 from 17:00.
“We encourage and welcome our community members to light a candle at home and enjoy the event via our
Facebook page. A link to the event will be shared on our Facebook page and website closer to the time. Keep a look out for it,” said Jonquil Siepman, marketing and media relations for Hospice East Rand.
“We also have our special Wall of Remembrance on our website and invite you to share your special message of hope, recall a happy memory or simply offer encouragement to others when donating.”
These messages will be screened during the event as well.
