The chairperson of the association, Josephine Makula said this is one of the initiatives that they take part in a bid to give back to the community.

“This is how we show our gratitude to the community for supporting our businesses. Our businesses are growing because of the continued support from the residents,” she said.

She added that they have identified other NGOs in the area where they are making donations.

“We are pleading with other local businesses to join us in changing the lives of those in need,” she said.
