Kwa-Thema – Patrons were robbed and shot by four masked men at Muzi’s Tavern, along Dintle Street, last Friday night.
It is alleged the robbers entered the tavern wielding firearms. They searched and robbed patrons of cellphones and cash and also emptied the tavern’s tills.
Kwa-Thema police spokesperson Const Nkululeko Magudulela confirmed police are investigating a case of murder and business robbery.

“The suspects fired gunshots injuring three patrons, one of whom died from gunshot wounds to the back of the head.
“He was declared dead on the scene by paramedics and the other three victims were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment,” he added.
No one has been arrested and investigations are underway.
