Tsakani matric results #ClassOf2021

Tholulwazi Secondary School nearly missed out on the top position following a massive drop from their previous 96.5% matric pass rate to 88.2%.

Tsakani – The matric pass rate in Tsakani decreased, as the Class of 2021 eagerly received their results on Friday morning.

Teachers at Buhlebemfundo Secondary School with excited learners at they collected their matric results on Friday.

Tsakane Extension Eight Secondary School obtained 84.6%, which is a slight decrease from last year’s 87%.
Buhlebemfundo Secondary School saw a major improvement in their results from last year’s 68.9% to 81.9%. They managed to obtain 115 bachelor’s degree admissions, 75 diploma admission and 41 higher certificates admissions. The school’s principal, Clement Sathekge, said they are working towards achieving a 100% pass rate this year.

“We are ecstatic with our results, as we have wanted to move out of the 60% bracket.
“It was through teamwork and the support of our educators, parents and other stakeholders who shared the same vision as us.
“Also, being committed to going the extra mile, we had classes from as early as 07:00 to 16:00, while adding Saturday classes had some teachers attending to learners, as well as on Sundays for maths and science,” explained Sathekge.

The #ClassOf2021 are excited as they venture into a new chapter of their lives.

Langaville Secondary School’s pass rate decreased from 85.7% to 81.6%.
Tsakani Secondary School dropped from their previous 79.7% to 78.9%.
JE Malepe Secondary School also saw a decline from 82.9% to 74.6%.
Reshogofaditswe Secondary School performed well with a pass rate of 73.9%, which was an improvement from their previous 69.2%.
Mamellong Comprehensive School dropped by 3% from 73.5% to 70.5%.
Geluksdal Secondary School saw a decrease in their performance from 79.3% to 63.5%.
