Tsakani – Mathematics Excelling Academy is inviting parents to enrol their children for 2022 extra classes.
The school specialises in mathematics and science for school learners and was founded by Collen Msibi in 2011.
This is after he identified a significant percentage of students from the township struggling to pass mathematics, consequently failing to meet university minimum requirements.
Collen said the method used to teach at this academy is unique in the sense that each learner is given full attention.

“This helps the tutors to understand each learner’s challenges and shortcomings, hence it is easy to mentor a student to overcome their challenges with mathematics.
“We also invite professionals from different fields to give career choice advice and motivate the students,” he explained.
The academy is encouraging parents to enrol Grade Eight to 12 learners for mathematics and physical science extra classes since learners are not getting enough time at their respective schools.
