Langaville – A local centre offers a safe haven for the abused and drug addicts.
NPO Second Chance Care and Recovery Centre was established in 2020 by Jabulani Selby Sibanyoni.
It provides counselling and support for victims of gender-based violence and people struggling with substance abuse.

“Our objective is to reach out to community members who are being abused or have family members who are being abused. We also offer support to those who are battling with alcohol and drug abuse.
“We aim to build a supportive structure to encourage, educate and promote a mutual bond among the families and their loved ones by providing them with skills to deal with this problem,” said Sibanyoni.
The organisation has partnered with Centre of Hope Ministries for an awareness event, Man and Sense of Belonging in the Society, on December 4 from 09:00 until 12:00.
