His first book, Unboxing Yourself: Time Waits for No Man in 2020, which encouraged young people to chase their dreams, was published in 2020.
For his second book, Xaba stated he consulted a professional psychologist to bring his book to life.
“The book is for anyone who wants to know more about how their minds function and who wants to change their lives by utilising the full capacity of their minds.
“I have always been curious about how the mind works and how we can use it to the best of our capabilities.
“A lot of research went into writing this book. From reading books, attending seminars, talking to people who understand more about the topic and conducting face-to-face interviews with medical psychologists,” said Xaba.
