Another taxi owner killed in Kwa-Thema
“He was found with his cellphones and a large sum of money still in his possession."
Kwa-Thema – Taxi owner Abednego Absalon Manana (69) was fatally shot in Kwa-Thema on Thursday morning.
An eyewitness, the deceased’s stepdaughter, told police she found Manana in a kneeling position, facing down.
She added that heard gunshots at about 05:55.
According to Kwa-Thema police spokesperson Const Nkululeko Magudulela, Manana was found with one bullet wound to the back of his head.

“He was found with his cellphones and a large sum of money still in his possession.
“The motive for the murder is unknown. The police are exploring all possible reasons behind the murder.
“It is possible that the shooting was a taxi violence-related incident,” he explained.
