Tsakani – Police have opened a murder docket after a body was found in an open veld next to Xaba Street in Extension Nine, last Thursday afternoon.
According to the SAPS, the body of a man was found in a ditch around 13:00.
He was burned and had what appeared to be a belt wrapped around his neck.
No witnesses have come forward with details of what happened.
