The youthful NPO has no plans of slowing down from helping other young people in need.

Rivoni Foundation, in partnership with Nathi Mbonani Foundation, will host another sanitary towel drive.
The youthful NPO has no plans of slowing down from helping other young people in need.
“We started the foundation last year and we recently received our registration papers for the foundation.
“Our latest initiative will be held on May 1.
“We will be distributing sanitary pads as well as toiletries to young people that are struggling,” explained Itumeleng Smith, a member of the group.
The distribution point will be at the corner of Mandela Drive and John Dube Street, close to Zamani ground, in Duduza.

In August the group collected and donated pads around Kwa-Thema. This time they will visit Duduza.

The group will be stationed at the distribution point between 8am and 10am
“We will also be having a fun walk and aerobics.
“Everyone who wants to join the fun walk is required to bring a donation of a least a packet of sanitary pads or toiletries (roll-on deodorant, facecloth, toothpaste).

“One item would make a difference.
“We have set up two soup kitchens and several sanitary towels drives,” adds Mongezi Nkosi, who is one of the founders.
