Social workers looking to reunite child with family
The child in question was found by SAPS members roaming the streets of Tsakani and taken to the Geluksdal Police Station.
The Department of Social Development is requesting assistance from the community with finding the parents of Bongani Mnguni, born March 15, 2005.
