Trigger happy shooter arrested in Duduza
The shooting, which claimed the life of one man, took place along Gazel Drive opposite Makhufe Tavern and Jimmy's Bottle Store.
Duduza – Police are investigating a case of murder and attempted murder after two men were shot by a trigger happy visitor from the Eastern Cape on Sunday evening.

Duduza police spokesperson Sgt Harry Manaka said the deceased victim was shot in the chest and leg.
He was declared dead on the scene by paramedics.
The second victim was shot twice in the leg. He was rushed to Pholosong Hospital by ambulance where he is receiving medical care.

“The suspect was later arrested by members of the JMPD and Nigel detectives after receiving a tip-off. The motive of the shooting is still unknown as the suspect chooses to remain silent.
“The firearm used is still not yet recovered,” said Manaka.
