Kwa-Thema – Police have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with the murder of his brother.
The incident took place on the evening of September 19 in Marikana informal settlement.
Kwa-Thema police spokesperson Sgt Media Khoza said the brothers allegedly had an argument, which resulted in a physical altercation.

“The suspect allegedly went inside the house and came back with a knife which he used to stab his brother.
“The victim was rushed to hospital and died two weeks later due to his injuries.
“The suspect was apprehended and charged with murder and will soon appear in the Springs Magistrate’s Court,” she said.
