How to bet

How to withdraw
When your team wins, so do you. When it’s time to cash in, doing so is easy:
- Navigate to “My Account” on Betway’s home page after you have logged in
- Select the “Withdraw Funds” option
- Complete the withdrawal form by providing your bank account details
- Enter the amount your wish to withdraw and click “Proceed”
- Send your bank statement that reflects your bank account details by e-mailing payments@betway.co.za
- Once Betway has verified your bank statement with the details you provided, they will process your withdrawal
- The funds will take between 1 to 2 business days to reflect in your bank account.
If you are using Absa CashSend
- From the homepage, click on My Account
- Select Withdraw Funds
- Choose Absa CashSend from the list of options
- Your mobile number will be entered automatically
- Enter an amount to withdraw
- Click on Withdraw Now
- Ensure all of your details are correct and select Confirm Withdrawal
Your withdrawal may take up to 72 hours to be processed. Once you receive your unique 10-digit pin from Absa, follow these steps to complete the process:
- Visit your nearest Absa ATM
- Enter your 10-digit pin followed by the access code 238929
Please note that you can only withdraw in increments of R50, and your withdrawal must be completed within 30 days or the funds will be returned to Betway. With betway, you stand a chance of winning money while enjoying your favourite sports team.
