The cleaning staff, security guards and car guards from both The Avenues and Palm Springs shopping centres have gone above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the mall on a daily basis during the lockdown period.
“As a gesture of our appreciation, the centre management of Palm Springs arranged for 100 food parcels, comprising of mielie meal, tea, sugar, milk, rice and vegetables to be distributed to our essential staff and a few members of the community over this period,” says Carolynn Weedon of VK Marketing.
She adds the parcels were well received by all the staff who received them.
