What you need to know about your favorite shops for Black Friday
With Black Friday tomorrow, here’s a quick guide on how to get the best bargains at your favourite store at the Springs Mall.
• Know your opening times.
Game, Verimark and Chicken Xpress will all be opening at midnight. Most shops will open at 7am, but all the shops will keep their usual operating hours of 9am to 6pm.
• Know what you want.
Before you go to your favourite store, make sure you know exactly what you want to buy and how much it usually costs when it’s not on special, so that when you spot it on Friday, you know if it’s on special or not. No need for you to do quick maths at the shelves.

Don’t waste time by looking for the toilet paper in the cleaning section when its with the toiletries. While you’re dithering around, someone else could be snapping up what you want.
• Get there first.
The mall will have crowd control measures in place, so you want to be first in line.
• Take the quickest route possible to your favourite shop.
For example, if you are going to Checkers, use the first main entrance to the mall by the traffic circle.
Drive all the way around and park as close as possible to Entrance three.
Don’t waste precious time by using the wrong entrance.
Springs marketing manager Amoret D’Arrigo says there will be rest areas for weary shoppers.
