‘Sassa staff were good Samaritans’
Nzoyi was pleasantly surprised when strangers help him
Stanley Nzoyi says he was shown an unexpected kindness by the staff of the KwaThema Sassa office.
“I was at their offices a few weeks ago, and I dropped some cash.
“I did not notice where the money fell.”

Nzoyi says he forgot about the event.
“One day I was just walking past the office and one of the staff members recognised me, and called me in.”
It turns out that a staff member picked up the money and gave it to the supervisor for safekeeping.

“They said they tried to call me back on that day, but I couldn’t here them as I was too far.
“I want to thank them because they could have used the money and I wouldn’t have known.
“They are good people.”
