Web headline: KwaThema man arrested for allegedly raping five-year-old boy
KwaThema – A 35-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a five-year-old boy on Friday.
The victim alleged he was playing when he was grabbed by an unknown man who took him inside a shack nearby.
KwaThema police spokesperson Const Media Khoza says the boy saw the perpetrator smearing Vaseline on his private parts and then forced himself on him.

“The victim’s mother noticed her son walking strange and inquired as to what happened.
“The boy told her and she immediately alerted the police.
“The boy then took the police to the crime scene, where he positively identified the suspect, who was then arrested.”
The suspect is being detained at KwaThema Police Station and will appear in the Springs Magistrate’s Court soon.
