Tsakane – Tsakane police are searching for the family of a deceased man who is estimated to be 26.
The man died from a gunshot wound to his head at Pholosong Hospital on Monday.

Tsakane police spokesperson Sgt Lerato Mngomezulu says the deceased was brought to hospital by an unknown private motor vehicle on April 19.
“He then later died on May 1, he is unknown and no one knows who shot him and where the incident happened.
“Tsakane SAPS station commander Col Johannes Maass is calling on anyone who might have witnessed the shooting to come forward and assist with the information.
“We are also encouraging families that might have a missing family member to come forward to identify the deceased,” he says.

Mngomezulu says the police have opened an inquest docket and investigations are underway.
