KwaThema – KwaThema Socio-Economic Organisation (KTSEO) has awarded tertiary registration fees to about 120 students from Kwatsaduza.

The non-profit organisation, through their MH Mabogane Community Bursary Fund, has been assisting needy students with registration fees for the past three years.

“The organisation was registered in 2016 and serves the community of Kwatsaduza.

“For the past three years we have managed to assist more than 90 students with registration fees because bursaries normally start paying their fees once they have registered,” adds Nkabinde.

Gugulethu Nkutha, a motivational speaker, author and musician, graced the students of 2019 with motivational words of encouragement.

“Education is important but let us not forget our birthed gifts.

“We are living during in very difficult times where companies are retrenching and there’s a high rate of unemployment,” says Gugulethu.
