• Sipho Mfana Mabuza, born on December 23, 2002.
• Rose Sindiswa Mabuza, born on July 10, 2007.
• Zanele and Zweli Mabuza, born on August 29, 2008.
The fathers are Thulani Mbatha and James Moyana. The mother, Phumzile Ntombizodwa Mabuza, died on August 10, 2015.
