In loving memory of Simon Diqi ‘Bra Satch’ Radebe

Community: The community benefitted immensely from his influences as both educator and community builder.

Deceased: Simon Diqi ‘Bra Satch’ Radebe (70) was born on February 28, 1949, and died on April 6.

Career: He was a teacher at Bongani Secondary School in Endicott, dedicating himself to building, shaping, educating and improving the lives of the community of Endicott, now known as KwaZenzele.

He was an avid music lover and music conductor of the school’s choir, which won multiple awards at school competitions.

He expanded his business wings, supporting the Kwatsaduza community, his business partners, funeral parlours, events management companies, fellow marquee hiring services, churches and Electoral Commission of South Africa.

Funeral: The church service will be held on April 13 at the Uniting Reformed Church on Moshoeshoe Street, KwaThema, (opposite KwaThema Clinic) from 8am to 10 am. The cortège will leave for the Vlakfontein Cemetery at 10am.
