Tsakane – Four men aged between 28 and 30 were shot and killed on the corner of Sezela and Lovu streets, Extension Four, Langaville, Tsakane, on Saturday.
Two of the men were declared dead on the scene by paramedics and the rest were rushed to hospital for further medical treatment.
Tsakane police spokesperson Serg Lerato Mngomezulu says they received a complaint from a resident on their radio control.
“It is alleged that five armed men started shooting randomly at people on the street.
“They then fled the scene on foot and the motive of the shooting is still unknown to police.
“We are calling on anyone with information about the whereabouts of the suspects to come forward or report it anonymously on 10111,” she says.
