SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT: Laerskool Morester not at the centre of race allegations
Children’s home in Ladysmith, not local primary school, at centre of race allegations.
It has been brought to The Springs Advertiser that some confusion has arisen following the quoting of a national news story on P10 of this week’s edition of the paper.
We would like to assure our readers that the story: Department accuses some Môrester staff of racism and calling children and staff the ‘K’ word refers to the Môrester Children’s Home in Ladysmith, KZN and not the school in Springs.

We apologise for any confusion caused and assure our readers that the staff at our local school are innocent of any of the allegations made against the children’s home staff.
