South African rapper Kwesta (real name Senzo Mfundo Vilakazi) was recently honored by the mayor of Ekurhuleni, Mzwandile Masina. The Katlehong-born rapper is well-known for his distinctive husky voice and the proud representation of kasi life through his lyrics and rhythms.

The rapper also celebrated the success of his album (DaKAR II) which has gone platinum. Kwesta is not only respected for his music but also for being a committed father and husband to his wife of eight years.
