The organisation says when residents seek help from them, it important to bring all relevant documentation.

Documentation such as a letter of authority from the Master of the High Court, title deeds, death certificates and a letter from the municipality.

The official documents will help in solving the legal cases.

The organisation works closely with attorneys who take the cases for free in order to try to help those who seek justice but cannot afford expensive legal fees.

Simelane says that most residents have a dilemma of living in houses registered under the names of deceased relatives.
