The tutoring sessions take place at the Kenneth Masikela High School and are conducted by Mpho Mayisa, a tutor at the Fillin The Gap.

Fillin The Gap provides an opportunity to take learners to different companies to participate in job shadowing programmes. It works with PwC, an accounting firm, to enable learners to explore chartered accountancy as a profession.

Since taking learners to different companies comes at a cost, Fillin The Gap needs sponsors to cover transport costs for learners.
