Tshepo takes on Miss Eagle SA

Tshepo Makupu, a dedicated and grounded entrepreneur, is eager to win Miss Eagle SA 2018.

Born in Kroonstad, the ambitious motivational speaker and women empowerment activist says her strong Christian beliefs keep her going.

“You attract whatever comes into your life, that is why I choose to surround myself with positive people with great goals and dreams that are willing to aspire and empower others around them.

“I just have a strong desire to see a positive change in the lives of others.”

After obtaining her degree with cum laude in consumer science from the University of Free State, she studied for a diploma in production management and is now pursuing a national certificate (NQF5) in supervisory development at Optimum Learning Technologies.

Adding to the 9-5 job that she has in the food industry, the ambitious beauty owns a mobile spa specialising in massages, manicures, pedicures and facials.

“My biggest dream for the spa is to turn it into a full beauty company offering great services such as artificial nails, hair extensions, make-up and much more.”

Miss Eagle SA 2018 is a beauty pageant that uplifts young women of today to help them become the best they can be in life. Their aim is also to help them achieve their goals.

Tshepo says being part of Miss Eagle SA allows her to do great projects within the community.

“I am working on another amazing project with Epilepsy SA.

“The aim is to raise awareness about the condition and to help residents gain a better understanding of the condition and standard of living,” she adds.

Should she win Miss Eagle SA 2018 she will become the ambassador for women empowerment and change, travelling the world and impacting lives.
