Bhungane Modelling put on pre-show for pageant

Xabiso Skiti, the owner of Bhungane Modelling, says he is bringing something new to the pageant industry.
“It is already unusual to have two competitions running concurrently.
“The pre-show is the cherry on top.”
He says the show is about giving people a taste of what will be happening in the actual event.
“I want to be as unique as possible.
“I just want Bhungane Modelling to be the most different pageant host in and around the East Rand.”
Xabiso explains that this is his way of paying homage to George Mothlaping, who has allowed them free use of his building for years.
“He has been really great. Since 2013 he has allowed me to use the training centre.
“I am dedicating this pre-show just to say ‘thanks papa’.”
Mostly it is not about Xabiso or what Bhungane Modelling can do, but he says he wants people to remember that modelling is also a career that many can find themselves pursuing as a living.
“It is about developing an ordinary kid into the best model.”
The pre-show will take place on April 28 at 11am at Phomolo Shops (Monametsi Street).
