JE Malepe academic excellence awards awarded to learners

Learners rewarded during school’s annual awards ceremony.

JE Malepe Secondary School held its annual awards ceremony on March 8.

Learners from Grades Eight to 12 received awards for their academic performance in 2017.

Adeliane Mlangeni (teacher) presents awards for academic excellence in life sciences to Lindokuhle Shongwe, Sandile Nkosi and Thabo Ranamane (represented).

 

Pamela Mnguni, Karaba Motepe (represented), Ntando Vilane, Kagiso Kutoano, Mpumelo Dhladhla received awards for academic excellence in commerce from Lindi Msiza (teacher).

 

Gugu Simelane, Ntombifuhi Jacob and Innocentia Mdlalose received awards for academic excellence in isiZulu.

 

Sibongile Khambi (teacher) presents Phumzile Shabungu, Sandile Nkosi and Thabo Ranamane (represented) with awards for academic excellence in physical science.

 

Thabo Ranamane received six distinctions for mathematics, physical science, life science, life orientation, English and geography. He is the best learner at the school for 2017.

 

Pinky Siwela (teacher) presents Samukelisiwe Thwala and Sifiso Mkhize with awards for academic excellence for technology.

 

Allis Makgalemele (teacher) presents Lindokuhle Shongwe, Matlatsi Nkadimeng, Lifa Mauricio, Gugu Simelane, Sandile Nkosi and Thabo Ranamane (represented) awards for academic excellence in English.

 

Patrick Khorombi (teacher) presents Karabo Motepe (represented), Moeti Khanye, Sinenhlanhla Mtshali, Thato Makena, Monwabisi Bulungwa and Thabo Ranamane (represented) with awards for academic excellence in mathematics and mathematical literacy.
