Academy teaches ins and outs of forex trading

Alleviating poverty through forex trading.

KwaThema – The founders of Lentsofx Academy want to equip people to get themselves out of poverty through foreign exchange (forex) trading.

Sydney Lentsoane and Mlungisi Tsotetsi, who started the company three years ago, are convinced most people would benefit from their workshops.

“We started trading forex part-time, just to make extra cash, about three years ago when we had full-time jobs,” explains Mlungisi.

They have since decided to put all their efforts into the business and quit their day jobs.

“We want to share this skill with everyone, because we know a lot of people who do not have jobs.

“They can pull themselves out of poverty instead of waiting for the government.”

Last Saturday, Lentsofx Academy hosted a free forex-trading seminar at Da Venue.

The purpose of this seminar was to raise the community’s awareness of forex trading.

“We had 54 participants at the workshop and two of them won 25-hour courses with us,” says Mlungisi.

Sydney explained that the training will also help the public to spot bogus forex companies.

“Too many people have been scammed because they lack knowledge.

“We know that people are desperate to make a quick buck, but we want to teach them to create wealth,” he explains.

The academy provides courses and a support platform for beginners, where they can ask questions any time of day.
