KwaThema – On Monday, at about 9.35pm, a family living in Extension Three, was robbed while at home.
A 23-year-old woman alleges they heard a noise on the roof.
Her son went outside to check what was going on and then saw a silver Sedan parked outside.
“The men asked to speak to the child’s father.
The son went back inside to call him.
“When the father got outside, four men allegedly pointed firearms at him and instructed him to go back into the house.
“They then pointed their weapons at the other family members and instructed them to stay quiet,” says KwaThema police spokesperson, Capt Thabo Sibuyi.
They took a TV, home theatre, PlayStation, fourteen pairs of shoes, a cellphone, electric iron, kettle and laptop.
A case of house robbery is investigated by KwaThema police.
