Naledi is ready to make her mark

Naledi Masina (25) is ready for the world to meet her voice.

Duduza – Upcoming gospel artist Naledi Masina (25) is ready to claim her position in the music industry.

She started singing in church at a young age, when she was able to experiment with her singing talent.

Naledi says after completing her matric she decided to enroll for a course in sound engineering.

“I had an opportunity to learn more about making music and the business side of the industry.

“After graduating, because of minimal opportunities and not finding employment, I decided to focus on my music and started writing songs,” she says.

She says her music is heartfelt, genuine and authentic gospel music.

“I refuse to box my music as contemporary or traditional gospel; people from all walks of life can relate to my music,” she says.

Naledi will host her debut show at the Springs Civic Theatre on June 30.

“The tickets are sold at R50 at Computicket and the doors will open from 6.30pm.

“I will be introducing myself to the market and different audiences in the music industry.

“I will be performing all the songs that I have written through the years.

“My single ‘Wahalalela’ will be released soon,” she says.
