KwaThema Police spokesman, Captain Thabo Sibuyi, says the complainant explained that he was walking along the Baduza Street in Highland Section around 8pm when he was approached by three unknown men.

“The trio allegedly threatened him with knives and proceeded to search him.
“They took R250 from his pocket and fled on foot.
“No arrests have yet been made,” he says.
Sibuyi says anyone with information that can help the police can contact KwaThema Detectives on 011 812 4600.

“We are calling on residents to refrain from walking alone at night especially while in possession of money,” he says.
