The duo gained entry to the home and started their rampage by attacking and assaulting a man (age unknown) before fleeing with his two cellphones.
KwaThema police spokesman, Captain Thabo Sibuyi, says the two proceeded to an outside room where a 23-year-old woman was sleeping with her child (1).

“The woman heard a loud knock on the door but kept quiet.
“She then heard a loud noise and noticed that the door was being broken down by the two men,” he says.
Sibuyi says one of the men put a firearm against the woman’s head.
“He demanded money and a cellphone but she said she didn’t have any of these.
“She screamed and the men threatened to kill her if she did not keep quiet.
“The men left the room without taking anything from the room,” he says.

Sibuyi says a case of house robbery is being investigated by the police.
